There's this guy at my job and he's 20 years older then me.but we both have this weird connection.everytime I see him I some what get butterflies.but let me tell you about the christmas bash that we had.it was great,I had on a revealing suit that showed every curve of my body and most of my cleveage.ok back to the gossip,well we danced together four times,but people in other departments kept getting in between us. so anyways after sipping martinis and laughing,he told me how he really felt.....!ok i'm so clueless I don't even know what to do,so that's where you and ur advice comes in at so tell me should I:
a.Call it just a crush and leave it alone
b.Respond back with a more direct approach
C.Ignore that it ever happened and stick to doing my job

Sound like a page from our life. There is twenty years difference between us also. I would tell you from our prospective to go for it. It has been the most wonderful ten years of marriage for us. Do not let the age thing be a deciding factor.

As long as neither of you are married and he isn't your boss then have some fun. Older guys are great and they have usually figured out a couple of things about women in 20 years.

I would do a little of flirting and see what happens.
Being to direct could burn you if he was intersted with a few drinks in him... and I won't ignore it all together if your really intersted.
Let him make the first move, just be flirty and let him know your open to it.

i would go for A. Reasons..... 1) when you get older he would want to go to bed and you want to go out and have some fun. 2) he would get lazy in bed because he are way older and his body is too. 3) He couldn't dance with you because his legs are sore or something and he would propably die before you so then you are all alone! Stick with A

B - i think that you should do something about it because i have had fun with older men. They are sometimes better then younger men. Have some fun! Oh and older men know how to GIT - R- DONE in the bed!!!
