I like Rock Star's, but there was this outher one that I had and I like more but I dont remember what it was called, it was somthing like waves something or something waves if you now what I am talking about please tell me what it is called, and or just tell me what energy drink you like.

My favorite is the green Monster. I personally hate the taste of Rockstar. It reminds me of Robitussin cough syrup, but to each their own.
Take a look at this site for the name of the drink. It's a list of all the various energy drinks plus other caffine filled items.

Just plain ice cold water. I get enough electrolytes from the food I eat.
