when i get very angry i start shaking and crying or feel the need to hurt myself like pulling my hair or hitting myself. and when i get lonely or someone say someting that hurts me i start crying very easily. should i get terrapy'???

Therapy couldn't hurt, but if you try it and don't like it you should discontinue with that therapist and seek out a better one. Don't let them prescribe any medication for you unless you may hurt yourself really bad and so would absolutely need to fill their prescriptions that they write. Nothing wrong with a few tears every now and then. It helps clean out the eyes. Just keep a bunch of chopped onions handy and use them as a smokescreen for why your eyes are watery so you don't get too embarrassed. Good luck!

if it gets so bad that you feel like you could really put yourself in danger than yes but a lot of people react differently to differnt problems, some people scream or cut themselves others won't eat it just depend on how you can deal with stess if you feel like crying is the best way to deal with it then that's what you are going to do, but lots of people cry really easily other people can disguise their emotions a lot of times

Depression?It sort of sounds like to me.Or it just could be hormones.But you should be able to tell the difference.Maybe you do need a therapist....or counselor.Or maybe just someone to talk to.Don't hold it in and keep it to yourself.You could just be an emotional person.It depends on how bad it is and how often it occurs.Don't try to deal with it yourself!

The only difference between you & I is that I dont want to hurt myself. I can cry at the drop of a hat for any reason. I think we both need thereapy.

sounds like your just emo...stop listening to that emo crap & get your head in the game kid...be a man! girrr lol but yeah go see a psychologist of sorts

i think u need to go to your therapist, it does any good to you all those personality manifestations which are not considered normal for people , you have to take it easy!
