I want it on the inside of my wrist so it has to be kinda small but i cant figure out any italian symbols or sayings that would be meaningfull. any suggestions?

How about a word in Italian? It's a beautiful language. Choose a word that means something to you and get it in a pretty script or lettering : ) Good luck!

Do you know how many people have Chinese or Kanji symbols who don't have a drop of Asian blood? If you're mostly Italian, and that's the part of your family you relate to, then by all means it's not stupid. My boyfriend is getting a symbol of him being Polish even though he is only half Polish, because that's the part of his family he feels more connected to. I certainly feel more of a connection to one side of my family genealogy than the other. You might be a poser if you were getting a tattoo to symbolize Italy just because you thought it was cool and your great great grandfather was part Italian. But if you're mostly Italian, go for it.

what means italy to you? i have an italian friend and i keep telling him that if he will get a tattoo of a plate of spaghetti i will get a bowl of rice (i'm korean) he's too chicken to get a tattoo tho. how about the italian flag? or just the word "italia" in pretty script?

Where in Italy are you from? Maybe do some research on that and see if there is anything specific that the area is known for

The flag or the leaning tower of piza would be good. or how about the city's name of were in Italy your from. Like if your from ROMA or Milano In Gothic writing would be cool.

two of my friend who are both proud Italians both got small Italian flags with the word "Italia" (or whatever thee Italian word for Italy is) tattoes on their ankles.. it sounds kinda tacky but it actually looked really good. if you do get a flag though just get a really small one
