No, but you need to maintain a purity of heart and live in the way that Christ recommends. If you don't go to church, that is okay, but the condition of your heart relies heavily on you.
I have not been a frequent church-goer in the past, but am attending now so that I can more easily apply the teachings of Christ by tithing every two weeks. That is the primary reason I now attend church. I also need more fellowship and to touch basis with other believers, a point I have sorely lacked. Also, I am not originally from my area, so I have put off church in the past, but no more.
We are taught in the Bible that there are three pillars of faith you need to retain a clean heart. One is prayer-talk to God and develop a personal relationship, which you seem to be doing. The second is reading and meditating. Read the Bible to know God and apply lessons learned in the circumstances to your own life.
The third is fellowship. Regularly surround yourself with your brothers who can help you apply lessons to your life and they need you to tell them how to apply those lessons to theirs. Develop relationships with fellow believers and have fun. Fellowship also provides safety in numbers in that there may be things in your readings you have misinterpreted and it revealing to evaluate and apply insights from others to learn important things in the Bible that God needs you to apply to your life. Fellowship also provides opportunities to tithe.
God will not condemn you if you are a Chrisitan who does not attend church. God approves you based on your heart, your Christianity-have you accepted Jesus as your personal savior? But you can constantly verify you are on the right path by including fellowship with other believers in your walk with God. Attending church is the easiest way to meet the fellowship standard, but you can also join Bible studies, etc.
Or, if your heart is pure, don't go to church if you do not want to go. It is up to you and your walk with God.

Being condemned or not is a separate issue from how a Christian lives.. You either accepted Jesus' death for your sins or you didn't. You are either 100% forgiven or you are not forgiven for anything. Now as a Christian God wants us to walk in a Godly manner and go to church because it is good for us and part of his plan. Sure we fail along the way but the process of our sanctification has begun. He wants us to grow but this is no longer a salvation issue. If you are truly saved, you cannot be happy being disobedient to God. You should have a desire to please him. If someone does not care about pleasing God then he is not a Christian. God does not want words but rather true sorry and repentance from the heart. That's where the born again experience happens. And it is forever.

We are the only ones that can and will condemn us.How we lived this life. Not in whether we went to church or not.It would be great to have a church like it should be but god is smarter than looking at us as to whether we go to church or not.
We should come together for fellowship in the word but that can be done anywhere,Jesus said where 2 or 3 are gathered together in my name there I am in the midst.

To avoid condemnation, you must be born again. That simply means accept Jesus atoning sacrifice for your sins, make Him Lord of your life, and repent of your sins. Church doesn't save, Jesus does. On the other hand, the Bible says not to forsake the gathering of believers. It IS important for a true believer to fellowship with other true believers in a church where the Bible is taught.

if you are meaning by God or by men? Some people will commend you. God's Word, the BIble, says to not forsake gathering together with other believers. (Read the book of Hebrews in the New Testament.) And, according to the Bible, we are all condemned without Christ, lost and undone. We need each other.

Some people may insist that you are condemned, but you need not pay any attention to them. Your faith is strong and you choose to keep it on a personal basis. You cannot be condemned for that, no matter how many people tell you otherwise!

Christianity... not a religion; a relationship. If you have the relationship with our Father, I think that's really all that matters. Church is a great thing though. All believers get to gather together and stuff and it's really powerful. Definately keeps ya on the right track..

not necessarily it depends on your belief I suppose, the perception of how to worship god varies widely from one to another for some just to be a good person is enough however others need to ritually attend church, mosque, etc. Its up to you and god really and what you think is right

You will not find anywhere in the Bible that tells you you have to go to or support any organized religion. The Bible does tell you how to live, pray, and what you have to do to get into the kingdom of heaven. In fact the only place Jesus lost his temper was in an organized religious building. Follow the Bible and keep your heart pure and you will make it.

Only those who come to God in The Way He proscribes will receive his free gift of Salvation and be alowed to enter heaven... God dose not hear the prayers of those who have not come to Him in The Way He proscribes... It is not necessary for those of The True Christian Faith to "go to church". but we are not to forsake gathering togeather.
