All men threaten to take the child away from the mother. This is their way of scaring you into believing them. As for child support, well that is the right for the child. You may not want it, but that child deserves it. The judge will put the child with the best parent. If you can provide a roof over the child's head, food in his stomach, clothes on his back, and you tuck him in at night, then you have nothing to worry about. Please don't speak to your ex until after court. He is going to try to make you look unfit and show yourself in court. Good luck and GOD bless.

More onfo would of been good. In Australia u have to go for child support that way the government dont have to pay as much. If your supporting your child like a mother should and r not addicted to anything he doesnt stand a chance

gruss what its not up to you its up to the court also he cant take the child aways from you because you will be send to go mediation to see what best for the child keep all the treatening paper together to show when you go to mediation it will help your case good luck

get legal advice staight away. he cant take away yo baby ! check da web , i am sure that there are organisations that can help u 4 free if u cant afford legal help. easy 4 me 2 say but dont panic an gather yo thoughts.

Then he may be able to apply for a court oder to to get a test done. A better apprach is to cooperate and show that you are really looking after the interests of your child................. To refuse could be used against you later!

If he doesn't have a ligitamate basis it probably wouldn't happen...do you have something to worry about?
