Should I stop praying? Pray less or more? Should I keep praying hoping he'll answer one day? or should I just try to forget about my pain and move on with my life like God doesn't exist at all?

Oh good grief! Don't get the idea that God doesn't understand your pain! He made you! Plus, He feels emotions, too. He's happy when you talk to him. He's sad when you ignore him. And for whatever pain you might be experiencing, He has provided us with others who can help. Find the cause of your pain, then seek out help for it. When you pray, talk to God in your own words. Forget the "thees" and "thous." Talk to him as you would a friend. We are instructed to make a "joyful noise" to the Lord, that doesn't mean we need a good singing voice. Talk to him in your own voice and your own words. Tell him your joys and your frustrations. He appreciates your attention. I think you'll get a lot more out of that than looking for advice on this cheesy YAHOO "Ask A Question" site.

What makes you say God doesn't understand your pain?? Have you ever read an account of what happens to the body during a Roman crucifiction?? I don't think that there is any more pain possible. The word excruciating was invented to describe the pain of the cross. Jesus was ridiculed by the people around him, he dealt with opposition and hardships every day. In his darkest hour, his best friends turned on him and denied even knowing him. He understands all types of pain.

He answers all sincere prayers, but He isn't a genie in a bottle , there to give you whatever you want. He gives you what you need. Sometimes your pain is of your own doing, and He wants you to go through a process to work though it. When you do, everything is so much better.

So you are telling us that God doesn't understand your pain? You know the mind of God??? That makes you bigger than God or at least equal to Him. His ways are not our ways, and for good reason. Trust Him and He will give you what you need, and one day (soon I hope) you will be able to praise Him and see that you are a better person for it. I am sure He understands your pain cos He is God. There are several reasons for pain and some are caused by our own doing, so check out whether you are bringing this on yourself first. Who suffers more than God Himself???

God does understand your pain. When Jesus was on the cross HE took all sin, pain, and suffering upon Himself.
You should continue to pray, and thank God for taking you through the hard times, even in the midst of those hard times.

God didn't put you here to solve all your problems for you. You need to work to change your own life.

you are going through the wrong channels.

When someone doesn't do thier job you need to speak to thier boss.

Thus when god isn't doing things right you need to call chuck norris.
