JUst beeeeee your self!! and don't get on a skateboard and try and cruise the neighborhood... I have seen a full grown man do that before... it was not a pretty sight. He is obviously in denial and wants to be a kid still..... supposedly, thirty is the age men finnally reach full maturity. So be your age. maturity is sexy, and grey hair is a sign of wisdom, the best thing you can do is embrace yourself how you are today, and you can expect to be embraced by a special lady!! ;)

Passing 30 was a depressing thing for me. But, I never lost my cool. I think cool is a state of mind. I like to push myself to the edge all the time. Keep changing things up, and make sure you are not getting "too comfortable" with yourself. Cool comes naturally then.

first, get rid of that green hair. Second, go to a high school and imitate haha kidding on that last part. Anyway, i would suggest just doing some research online, i know it sounds stupid, buy hey, online is "cool" these days. Appearance is a big part of it but also just being the coolest parent/adult ever is all about personality.

Start by acting your age...there is nothing more goofy looking than a 30 something hanging out in the college or high school parties trying to pick up chicks.

Don't even try it... Once you get past 25, you are physically and emotionally incapable of being "cool".. Go for "suave" or "debonair".. Women prefer someone who is self-confident at 30... ;) Especially the younger ones and the over 30's/40's!!! And they are the ones to aim for... Then your nights will be filled with PLEASURE!!! ;)

There is no real acting cool when it comes to age. Who are you trying to attract first of all? Its about confidence. You could have on the most uncool clothes but if you carry yourself with confidence that is what will get attention.

And dont come on to strong to people that is such a turn off.

Your 30. Your not cool anymore, no offense. People my age really don't care if 30 year olds are cool anyways. We just expect you to go to work, drink martinis at clubs with your chums and ladies and go on dates. I mean...why do you want to be cool?

the best way to act cool when turning 30 is to be yourself. Age is just an attitude!!!

You know what, if you;re still worried about acting cool you need to be on anti-anxiety meds and seeing a shrinK! Who cares about cool!? Are you trying to get a date? Try working out and dressing nice.

why would you want to act? just be yourself. who do you have to impress. my boyfriend will be 30 on jan. 1st and he acts younger, but that doesnt necessarily make him any cooler! be yourself. people will see through an act and that wont be cool
