It is embarrassing and uncomfortable at times because there are many women that feel self conscious about the way their body's look.
If you like to look at butts take a glance, no harm in that. But no longer than a few seconds, any longer and that would be starring. I would advise to steer clear of starring hard at someones behind, she'll probably think you're a psycho. Stare unless you want a female to think of you as such.

No... I don't mind when guys look... It sorta turns me on. But watch out, some girls are really conservative, and they might get pissed if they catch you looking.

i don't really care, half the time i don't notice if someone's looking at my *** in the first place. Sometimes we wear thing just to make our *** look good to attract attention to it.
