When ever I haven't eaten, I get really bad hunger pains, like really bad! My stomach clenches up and makes me want to throw up, I get chills, and feel faint. I don't have an eating disorder, I love to eat, but there are times when I haven't had time to eat.

I swear I don't know how someone can starve themselves on purpose.

The physical discomfort you are experiencing is probably from low blood sugar due to not eating often enough. Try keeping crackers or fruit around for those times you know you will be really busy so you can grab a quick snack. Another quick fix for the nausea is a glass of chocolate milk.

Try keeping little snacks at your desk or in your purse. Granola bars, nuts & things like that. You may just need to eat more often then some people.

You might want to check into the possibility that you may have an ulcer. I have one and it hurts the worst on an empty stomach.

Are you very thin? You might just have a very fast metabolism. You need to eat more food because your body just metabolizes it too quickly. Many people would love to have that!!
