There was this guy in my college class that was obviously interested in me. I took a chance and asked him out. He said no. I was kind of shocked at the answer. But he still stares at me.
Guys, what do you think is going on here? Did I come on too strong. Why is he still staring? I'm lost here. Need advice.

I think you need to know him a bit better before you can assume he's interested in you. Just because he's staring, doesn't mean he interested at all, could just happen to be staring in your direction. Plus he could just have other things going on his life, etc, etc...

My best advice would be to just let it be and go on. There's plenty of more guys I'm sure you're interested in.

you did nothing wrong, maybe he realize what a jerk he was. don't you feel bad when you find him looking at you just smile and wave at him and keep going. if he did not say , you are a nice girl or I'm flatter or something nice when he turned you down, then he got no class anyway and you should be glad he turned you down. he did you a favor okay, it is okay to ask a guy out so don't let this stop you from going after what they want okay.
