There are some specific components that make tooth yellow or brownish: - tea and espresso (given which you drink those lots!) - smoking (works rapid) - getting previous (sorry, infant, you could not beat that... as you become older your tooth undertake a incredibly yellowish colour) specific, you could consistently placed some man made tooth whitener on, yet that doesn't rather help interior the experience of well-being or cleanliness. Dentists often times do a variety of "expert dental cleansing", yet i think of that is costly and your coverage does not pay for it.

Whitening toothpastes are good but watch out for harsh abrasives only use it once a day and use a regular tooth paste the rest of the time. Don't drink too much red wine tea or coffee and have them cleaned and polished on a regular basis with your Hygienist.

Using a toothpaste with baking soda in it.
using solution of 1/2 strength peroxide and 1/2 strength water and rinsing mouth with it 1-2 times per day (do not use full strength)
avoid cigarettes, cigars, coffee, tea unless you plan to brush immediately after. Good Luck!

you can floss and try a whitening tooth paste.
you should aslo cut back on tea and red wine.
if you do drink red wine or tea i have heard that swashing water round in your mouth after can help (only a myth though)
