Differences in the different religions? Sure, here and there. Not too entirely much from my standpoint. It’s all pretty basic, but you can have two very different ways of living within two different religions. That’s why people have so much trouble understanding each other.

Less than you’d think at first glance.

You answered your own question. ReligionS<---- See the "S"? So obviously there are differences, otherwise there would only be one religion.

the only basic differences in one Religion and another are the NAMES they refer to GOD as along with the differences in Rituals and Ceremonies which are used to Honor, Adore, Praise, Worship, Pray to and Petition, Thank Etc. Etc. their idea of what GOD wants from them.

Most definitely so.

In fact, prevalent among the thousands of very diverse "Christian" sects, some of the more arrogant ones PRIDE themselves of the differences in THEIR own doctrines in COMPARISON with the teachings of the other denominations.

And oftentimes that becomes the root of their evil HATRED to others who do not belong to their church group...

Peace be with you.

Substantial differences. But you should probably narrow down which religions you're asking about.
