According to the Bible they came out of present day Iran so you could assume they looked similar. Many of them still do but there has been so much intermarriage in Europe and even Africa I think they now look more like the other people in the country they come from.

The human body of Jesus was that of a Jewish man of course, and He must have been a lot stronger and bigger than the wimpy-looking Catholic images we see, because remember He was a carpenter and must have grown to be a muscular man. From my past researches I do believe He had auburn or chestnut hair - this was rare, but not unknown for some ancient Jews. In the Bible there are a few references to people recognising Him from afar even if He was in a crowd, so I feel that if He did have reddish hair He would certainly have been noticeable in the sunlight among dark haired Jews. It's not impossible that He may have had blue eyes - it's not impossible even for black people to have blue eyes, even though the gene is recessive. So people who believe this aren't entirely foolish, though probably He had brown eyes.

My belief is that the Original Hebrew people were of color and not caucasian. Moses was a Hebrew and in this verse YHWH told him to perform a miracle so the people of that time could see that YHWH was with him. "6 The LORD furthermore said to him, "Now put your hand into your bosom." So he put his hand into his bosom, and when he took it out, behold, his hand was leprous like snow. 7 Then He said, "Put your hand into your bosom again." So he put his hand into his bosom again, and when he took it out of his bosom, behold, it was restored like the rest of his flesh..."
If Moses was caucasian (as with other Hebrew people), how is it possible for his flesh to turn white, when it already was white furthermore, I would not consider this a miracle if he was not a person of hue (color).
