For Male: Kul Sana/Aam w anta be Khair كل عام/سنة وانت بخير

For Female: Kul Sana/Aam w anti b Khair كل عام/ سنة وانتي بخير

Most Commonly Used : Eid Meelad Sa'eed عيد ميلاد سعيد - and this one can be used for both male & female .

by the way, we also do use th term "happy birthday" in Arabic.

In Arabic letters: عيد ميلاد سعيد
