It depends what you want to use them for,
7/50 are 7 times magnification with a 50mm objective lens (the big one),
10/35 are (you guessed it) 10 x mag with 35 mm ob. lens.
The 10/35 pair will be smaller but with the higher magnification, harder to hold on a subject, especially if it is moving.
The 7/50 will be larger (heavier) but with less magnification, easier to keep your eye on a target.

7/50 are better for low levels of light, 10/35 you get more magnification but when light fades they're not as good

Choose the lighter of the two,the heavier the binoculars the more "shake" you get,I have 7X that I bought for general use.
