Nope. Typically the one that hangs lower is opposite of what handed you are. If your right handed the left will hang lower. I am hoping though you meant to say if its normal that one hangs lower then the other. Since most men only have two testicles not 3. If you do have three and its something you have not seen a doctor about get it checked out.

First off it's normal for the testicles to hang differently, and also to move around. Now you're indicating you have 3. If that's the case you should be in porn movies.
