no matter what i feed my cat he gets it al over his nose and i cant get him to let me near it how do i clean it

just pretend that you are petting his face and slowly work your way to petting his eyes then down to his nose then
pet his nostrils while cleaning them....my kitty used to hate when i tried to clean her nose and i started using the above method and she finally got used to it and voila!!!
now she loves it ......

Let him have a dirty nose. If he doesn't mind you shouldn't either.

Well give him hard food or when he is sleeping try to wipe it off

fill up the tup with water and throw him into it...:)
