No way. I would say most guys like girls who take initiative. Some guys don't make a move because they are shy or don't know how to read signals. I think most guys would be flattered. Try it...he may say yes.

NO IT DOESN'T!!!! When will our society ever be rid of all of these stupid antique traditions? In the age of sexual harassment suits, women need to take the first step if they really want the guy who respects her enough to give her her space and not bug her in situations where it would be considered improper to "hit on" others. Here's life rule #1: A guy NEVER minds if any girl walks up and talks to him; even if he's not interested in her he will still give a friendly answer to any question. If he's shy or if he's in a bad mood (because he's single- duh!), just ask another question.
