they always get loose and crap on my lawn, I can never catch them should I use a slingshot and hit them in the *** with a small rock to get my point across? Smack the neighbor in the head for not keeping them on her own property? Can't call the dog warden he is of no use because he has to be there to witness it himself before doing anything so he is useless.

They're on your property. Fry them.

I have had this problem, but with my neighbors rots. I would suggest if you can't get threw to your neighbor, and animal control is no help, put up a fence. I know it seems un fair that they are not your dogs, and you have to fork up the money but in the long run it will help save your nerves from going nuts. An in expensive fencing is lattice board. Good luck with your problem. And oh, don't slingshot a rock at them, that will only start a war between you and your neighbor that will be more of a hassle that will last longer and go further then the problems with the dogs. And you don't want that.

If you don't see the dogs then you better not do anything. You have no proof you even know these dogs are the guilty ones.

If you ever see them doing the deed, then I would attach a trigger-activated power nozzle to your garden hose, turn the water on and leave the hose on "standby". You should place the nozzle near your door, so you can get at it quick. When the neighbor dog squats in your yard...blast him with cold water. It won't take many reps before he quits visiting you all together.

Talk to your neighbor. I f the neighbor does not take care of the problem pick up the dog and take it to a shelter. Why hurt the dog? It's not the dogs fault it has an irresponsible owner.

Video tape them on the loose and call the "dog warden" and show them the tape. Then they will have to fine the owners and that would be good so that perhaps the dogs won't get run over thanks to poor owners.

Put some red pepper around where he enters your yard. After the first couple of times he'll get a mental block about your yard and it won't hurt him. He'll just be irritated for awhile.
