No, it's human nature to take the easy way out and / or show a lack of self-control. We're all given the opportunity to cheat, but I don't agree that we're prone to it.
The thrill is in the rush of mutual attraction. That flame burns bright...and for a very short time.

A committed relationship is a contract / agreement between two people, whether written or verbal. If you say you are going to be true and faithful, then that is what you do. Human nature is based on free will, making decisions knowng right from wrong. If you're married and cheat, then you do not value promises or contracts and would be a more likely person to steal from an employer, lie to a judge, steal from the poor. A cheater is a cheater is a cheater. You are either honest or you're not. Doesn't matter if it is in a personal relationship or a business relationship. An agreement or promise is meant to be kept. If a man brags about stealing from his employer or cheating on his taxes, don't think for a minute that he'll be faithful. If a woman cheats on her husband, don't trust her with the petty cash at work. It's not human nature to CHEAT. Cheating is just one of the negative human traits that SOME people have. Honesty is one of the good ones that MOST PEOPLE have. The ying and the yang or balance of life. Your brain and heart tip it the way you choose. Everyone experiences temptation but not everyone gives in and cheats. That's what divides us from animals. In fact, a lot of higher developed animals remain monogamous. When you let your ego take over your genitals and set aside your brain, you make errors in judgement. Example: Bill Clinton. A smart, good man who let his ego take over and make a bad judgement. And he has regretted it ever since.

It's a woman's nature to cheat. Not human nature. Eve gave that trait to women when she took the forbidden fruit. A woman typically wants what she can not have. however, it's what we teach our children about relationships and responsibilities that determine what they do as an adult. If they grow up thinking cheating is wrong, then that will be thier nature. As adults we are what we are tought to be, by society. Right now, Society is telling everyone that cheating, divorce, having children out of wedlock is acceptable. Just look at the tabloids. Turn on the TV. What ever happened to the Scarlett Letter?
that's what I wanna know!

No. The only reason people cheat is because they don't have what they need at home. And I don't mean just sex I mean love understanding. A happy home, someone their for them when they real need them not just when the other person think they need to be there. Temptatation is for like that dress she wants but shouldn't get that not how cheating works for men or women that are really in love. If you are in just lust the yes that would work.

We all sin, yeah....yet we do have a choice to do the right thing. Cheating may be fun for some, but in the end,it only brings the cheater to full blame and shame. You can loose a girlfriend, boyfriend, wife, husband, kids, an entire family, because of your lack of control at staying faithful. Its hard to say no to the wronge, but doing it, is SO worth it in the end. Think about this, the next time you want to cheat....Is it worth loosing someone over??

I disagree!! If your a mature, decent , human being involved in a serious relationship you won't cheat no matter what temptation comes your way. If you do then your not really in love with the person you cheat on. Stay single if you want to mess around.

You may talk big, but really if you admit it you feel horrible for cheating on your girl. The girl who's always there for you, doing all she does for you. You just have to keep cheating to get rid of the guilt you feel. When you're alone, what you've done haunts you. You just have to keep cheating to try and make yourself feel better and try not to think of how you've hurt her. She's always there for you, cooking, cleaning. Working hard, taking care of the kids and this is what she gets?! The thrill doesn't last long does it?

You only need to be wise to understand that the thrill is not the best thing and not worth the risk at all.
It's more animal nature than human nature to cheat.

Hi, I know there are alot of men / women who do cheat but one thing? How can you say you love that person and deserve respect when you never gave it in the first place so yeah cheat but when your in love no mount of women/ man temptation in the world would distract you from your true love and yeah it might be exciting to cheat but when you end up alone how trilling is that but that's my opinion

I don't think cheating is human nature. Its natural to find other people attractive and even wonder what it would feel like to be close to that person. This is where self-control comes in. If you have it, you will control yourself. If you don't, then you probably wont and should just be single that way you don't have to worry about it. If you don't want to be single but cant be faithful then watch your back cuz what goes around comes around lol
