Born again Christians? Please share your testimony...I need some spiritual uplifting!
Im an 18 year old college student. I got water baptized a while ago...on August 6th. I'm Pakistani but was born into a Christian family. I got saved around 12 or 13 years of age. God has done many miracles in my life and family. My dad had throat cancer (in 1997) and refused to get treatment because he knew that God would heal him, and it came true. Christ healed him of his throat cancer and to this day, it hasn't returned. Also, my mom had uterus cancer in 1986 and the doctors only gave her ten days to live but my dad and grandma prayed for her, and today after 20 years later...shes fine and praising the Lord.
Please no criticizing or hate comments....

That's awesome to have miracles like that in my life. My grandpa always had one leg significantly shorter than the other (we all do, my my grandma has to hem one pant leg to make it even). One day all my aunts and uncles decided to pray for my grandpa for his leg to be matching and they prayed and prayed and his leg did match, it was the same size! The hem was higher than it should have been on his pants on that leg. It didn't last forever though, I think some people had doubt or something and for that God took it back. But he did show everyone there a miracle which was pretty cool. The power of prayer is amazing

I am a Christian and I agree with you totally. Look at all the wonder of the world and all the amazing things that have happened. God is there to watch over us and to help us when we are of desperate need.
I'm going to get confirmed sometime next year to say to the world that I am a Christian and it is my own choice!
My mum had asthma really badly when she was a child and she couldn't go on holiday with her family as it was s bad. But in the airport an American woman overheard the situation and as she had a spare ticket to Lourdes, she flew my Mum there. When my mum returned from Lourdes, she was completely cured of her asthma.

The brain can cure any disease. I never get sick simple because I decide not to get sick. I believe very strongly that sickness is for the weak minded. my sister had quintuple bi pass surgery. The doctors said it was unsuccessful and gave her a few weeks to live. She absolutely refused to believe that . She fought like crazy .She put in her mind that she will prevail and get rid of her heart disease. That was two years ago. today she shows no sign of heart disease.
She does not even believe in GOD. It is all about mind over matter.

they don't look to be Jews because Jew's do not trust the messiah has come yet. they don't trust Jesus so believing in Jesus and announcing your Jewish obviously contradicts one yet another.... it really is unhappy that there are those Evangelist Christians that call themselves "Jews". end this custom now, your disgracing both Judaism and Christianity.

There are many different types of christians:
born-again fundamentalists
fundamentalists
Christian atheists (no joke)
Liberal christians
Catholics
Various protestant sects
And each has different interpretations. Many accept evolution and same-sex couples; many don't (even many evangelicals accept them). So ... you have to realize that christianity does not mean one thing.
