Honest answer. First and foremost is the eyes and face. Always a good start, coupled with a nice personality. The rest is histrionics. Trust me, the eyes have it...unless you're unfortunate enough to meet a really shallow a**hole (and there's plenty of those about this evening).

a nice looking and smartly dressed girl and her manner and her conversation and if the guy likes that then a second date is on the cards and who knows, romance and maybe a lifetime together

it depends which way she is faceing, In Order it is
if she is facing me . hair, skin, face, eyes, neck, rack then legs,
if she is facing away it is hair then butt then legs.
When I First talk to a girl I notice her eyes then her smile and then her attitude/personality.
Keep in mind this is not in order of importance it is in order of what is noticed first.
