You really just need to look at the directions on the back of the box. It should tell you what size pans you can use plus it will tell you how long to bake each - also depending on whether you're using a glass pan or metal pan.

multiply each grouping separately....eg 10 x 10 x 3 = 300 cu in.

compare that number to a "normal" pan, eg. 9 x 9 x 2 = 162 cu in.

so a recipe using a standard 9 x 9 would fill just over 1/2 of your 10 x 10 x 3 pan....

it's simple math, ya know
