You may still grow some. You really need to ask your parents when they stopped growing. That should give you close to an idea of when you might stop. If you eat healthy and drink plently of water it will help you grow if you in fact will grow anymore.
Really at 14 you should start exercising some and learning to lift weights. The muscle you put on from 14-22 seems to be the easiest muscle you will ever grow. At least get in shape and get toned up. Many people have never been in shape even once in their life time. You can tell because they are all soft. Having some fitness will make you feel allot better. I wouldn't be suprised if you grew another inch or two pretty soon.

There is no way to determine exactly how tall you will be. At 14 you still have a few years left to grow. You may stay at 5'9" or you may end up around 6' or even taller.

I might now not doubt it if there are efficiency enhancement medications like that. For the tens of hundreds of thousands of bucks they're paid, I am certain some thing might be used to get an competencies.

If your parents measured your height at age two, double that. (More exactly, 23 months for girls, 26 for boys.) If you don't have that data, there is no good way to tell.
