Take some deep breaths, take in the following order 1) an Aleve, 2) some Alka-Setzer Plus Cold and Flu medication, and 3) a Flintstones vitamin tablet.
Spray all surfaces with Lysol.

The guy has made a name for himself on here for being a total retard. I avoid his questions unless they are clever. I've only seen one so far. I think he could reinvent himself and be more creative, but then he won't be the retard that many peeple on here seem to have some affection for.
