Its a 97! Buy a new one and stop this one from Braking down. Insted of fixing it use the money for a down payment

no that wouldnt' be possible hah... but i have a tahoe, i'd love to get like a 87 suburban and put a lift on it.. but no and if they ever made anything like that it would cost around $20-40,000

brad m is correct. The warranty is 8 years/80,000 miles.
And the factory will not go one day or one mile past that.

I think the FED's mandated that it must be covered for 50,000 miles. You can check with your dealer or DOT...I am quite sure your '97 is well over 50,000.. Suck it up and go to MIDAS..
