I checked on the little rascal today, and I saw something hanging from her mouth, I picked her up and try to get it out and her paw touch my mouth. Should I be concerned about her paw touching my mouth?

Don't be soo paranoid! Its' bad for you! I found a stray kitten once and it acted a little strange, probably nothing. Anyways I got so caught up in it I convinced myself I had rabies, which I obviously didn't since it didn't scratch or bite me. The next 6 monthes of my life were ruined because I had such bad anxiety about it that it made me physically and mentally sick. Just wash your hands after and you'll be fine.

did you get whatever was in her mouth out? Cats kinda put their paws on you to say something. like "no thats mine" or "that hurts"
depends on the situation

unless you have some kind of major immune system failure, don't worry. you come into contact with way more germs in your daily goings-about than when the cat's paw touched you. your body is designed to protect you.

no, just make sure that you clean your mouth really well. i would not be too concerned unless you start to break out in a rash. then i woul make an appt with your md and an appt with the vet of your choice....

I dont think so, but if you are really really concerned , maybe you can take like a deworming medication for yourself, as it might have touched some infected soil.

No.
Nothing will happen.
Unless it cut you deep and the scar was infected.
you should take the cat to the vet so it can get shots and you wont have to worry about anything like that.

No... Just wash it if you're really concerned.

Our skin is naturally acidic, most bacteria that comes in contact with us is killed on the spot.
