i've only been on the freeway once, I'm guessing i keep going, right?

get over to the right, my thing is that you're on the freeway, chances are there are cars next to you on the right and you've have to wait to get it, seems like a dangerous move,

Get out of the way ? NO !!
Remain in your lane @ a constant speed (I.E. 55mph)

Just move over to the farthest right lane as much as possible to let the police car pass.

Allen,

The law states that you have to slow down and move to the right. You do the best you can to do that. Every chase situation is different, but you're not going to get blasted for trying to use your best judgement to follow the law. It's when you just keep on going that you endanger yourself and others.

If the cop is coming up on your right with the guy he's chasing...pull over to the left ,or the oposite. Pay attention and be careful.

Get out of their way ASAP or be arrested. They can report you to another police car for obstructing justice. Think about it: wouldn't you want an emergency vehicle to get to you ASAP if you needed help?

pull over and wait. go ahead when all is clear. don't risk Ur life for being in the middle of something u have nothing to do with

Get all the way to the right lane I think. No diffrent from a normal street.

I would pull over into the emergency lane, or slow down.
