she probably thinks you are cute and worth getting to know better. it is too bad you dont say your ages as it would be helpful in answering this question. i would say go for becoming her friend.. tell her that you " would like to have a friendship with her ... you like who she appears to be... and if she likes you she can then get to know you also with no obligation.... it would be great for both of us to have a new freindship... and, if any feelings develop it would be awesome... and if they dont it would be ok too... as we both will have a real friend in each other. " sooooooooo if you think there is something there... go for it. OR simply go for it just to have a female friend. The best way to bulid a relationship with a member of the opposite sex is to be TOTALLY honest and up front with yourself, your needs, and your words. This advice is the kind that builds true and solid relationships.. not only with girls but in all aspects of life be it business or personal. Also- remember creating good relationships take effort. Also know that when you go into a store there are many things to buy... of those many things you may find one or a few things that you will liketo buy... this is the way relationships are too. You can build many friendships and not all will be a relationship. this is not failure it is only reality. When a salesman (any type of sales) gets customers he usually contacts about a hundred for 2 really solid sales.... and maybe 10 potential sales... the same with boy girl relationships // so remeber it is not a failure when a relationship doesnt always go the way you want ... it is normal... and you just go shopping again. There is always a good one out there for you as there is a good one out there for someone else too. Everyone has different needs in life on who is good for them. Have fun with the process and always be totally honest with self and others. In adddition when you find a keeper...keep her.

It probably means she is shy about her feelings but has them for you. If you are interested in her, be careful how you approach her. You don't want to scare her off. Ask her if she'd like to go get some coffee, you could even make it a group thing so that you and her feel more comfortable.

My best friend is going through this too. So I'll give you the same advice I gave him. She likes you and ask her out. But my friend who is going through the same thing the girl he likes has a bf and they've been together now for 6months. And So don't mess with a good thing. And wait for her to dump him so u can make your move. Good Luck.

She is attracted, but too shy to approach you. Try making small talk and take it from there. Avoid telling her that she's "hott" or looks nice right away. If you must, tell her she looks nice, or make a joke... as long as it's not perverted. Yeah, girls like the sensitive ones, go get her!

It depends. She may like you but is too shy to talk to you. Or maybe she has no interest at all and is just trying to be polite. The only way to find out is to go up and talk to her. If you like her, take the plunge and ask her out.
