Honestly, Chicks get mad when I call them Chicks, so I call them Babe, and their still mad, so I call them Broads and they are still mad. The only other thing I can think of calling them rhymes with itch and starts with a B.

Well why don't you call them by there name? Although I think getting pissed off about being called chick or babe is a waste of time. Broad on the other hand has negative conotations, usually along the lines of the last name you want to call females. You could always say woman, or girl if you are referring to a generlization or if you don't know their name.

So yeah here's an idea, try their name. It's more mature, and you should probably only call a girl babe if your dating. And broad is just plain rude, but not as bad as b**ch. Their name is the best way to go to get their respect.

yeah in groups i use the term skeezers.
face to face i use the term sweetheart.
you just have to use different terms
