what do you mean by "suppose"? Islam already enforced.

Religion is not religion if it's forced. Religion is one that is chosen by someone when it happens to answers a person's spiritual needs. Either that or the person is simple born into it and doesn't bother to go out of his way to research it or change it.
I'm not sure that you're really a muslim, because a true muslim accepts all the religions of the book and would never call it "the only true religion". That kind of "my religion is better than yours" talk is not right and I've heard it from a few Jews and a few Christians and now surprisingly from a muslim.

The reason that I am an atheist is not that I am fed up with Christianity. I do not search for a religion. If someone put a gun at my head and said I have to accept a religion I would not become a "martyr" for atheism, but I could not be forced to believe in my heart.
I have studied Islam and I respect Muslims as long as they respect others. But it is impossible for me that I could ever believe in it.
By the way you don't improve people's opinion on Islam with that question.

Forced? I'll die before I'll allow anyone to force me into worshipping a nonexistant god.
And Islam isn't the one true religion any more than Christianity is. Sorry but I am not less than a man. I don't give one damn what any religion has to say about that.
You seem to think that Atheists are searching for a religion. Thats not true. Atheists don't believe in a religion or god. So how about you take your missionary self elsewhere. This attitude is one of the reason Christians are so disliked.

We will not be forced to "accept" a religion. It is theoretically possible (though extremely unlikely) that Muslims of the world will someday get their heads out of their asses long enough to unite, embark on a massive global Jihad, and bring the world under a single Caliphate. In this case, we might be forced to either SAY we accepted Islam or be summarily executed. But saying we believe something to avoid death means nothing more than that we value our lives, because it is the only one we get.
We are no more likely to "accept" YOUR invisible man-in-the-sky than the Christian god.

Um, no. What makes you think trading one crazy monotheistic religion for another is a good trade?
I'd go with buddhism. It's a little less harsh than every other religion, has some interesting ceremonies, is fairly atheistic, and you never hear about "Buddhist fundamentalists."

Pfft...Islam. If I'm sick of xianity, why the hell would I want another religion that is very very similar?
If I HAD to choose, I'd go pagan or Buddhist. You know, positive and tolerant religions instead of the fear and intolerance that monotheistic religions breed.

Islam is more of a way of life. True Islam doesn't put down another way of worship. The only distinction it makes is between believers (Christians, Muslims, and Jews alike) and the nonbelievers. And this is comming from a Muslim...ameen.

I'd sooner die. Asking me what religion I am is like asking someone what color is the number 2. I totally reject all major and minor religions. I am NOT atheist. I am NOT agnostic. I refuse to be classified in ANY religious category.
