Hey retard, you can still hit the "check spelling" button to alleviate a large part of your problem.
Seriously though, we all should have made it through 12th grade, thus ensuring a reasonable comprehension of reading, writing, and spelling.
Do you have any idea how difficult it is to read your horrid ramble and try to figure out what words you mean, where the punctuation should be, and how things should read? It is a pain in the ***. You COULD spell or write properly if you took the time to re-read what you wrote or use the spell-check or got a tutor. I don't feel the least bit bad about pointing any of this out either.

It's probably important for you to understand that many of the people who post here and use terrible spelling and grammar do NOT have a learning disability of any kind, they are often simply too lazy to use proper spelling and grammar, or they never thought it was important enough to LEARN those things.
Those people might deserve criticism, even if you don't. There's no way for anyone here to KNOW that you have a learning disability unless you TELL us. Otherwise, we just reasonably assume that you are one of those who are too lazy or foolish to write correctly in their own language.
Perhaps if you start your posts warning people that your writing difficulties ARE part of a learning disability and NOT due to simply being lazy or stupid, they will NOT judge you so harshly and will give you the benefit of the doubt. If you think that you would enjoy asking and answering questions on Yahoo, it seems like it's worth the small extra explanation, doesn't it?

I do not mean to downgrade you but you must understand that you have the ability to change if you are willing. I am a poor speller but I spell check everything I write. I may write something in Word just to spell check before I copy it into an E-mail. You would be better off if you worked harder to correct your problems than to whine about how cruel everyone else is. This is a cruel world and most people have small minds. If you do your best then you have the right to ignore them but if you simply whine no one will sympathize.

The only reason this bothers you is because you let it get to you. Someone who cannot read or spell well stands out from the crowd and he or she will inevitably become a target for criticism from those who lack a sense of compassion.
Flack is a normal part of front-line action. You put yourself out there to receive a positive response and in turn you let in the negatives also.
One poet wrote:
I would rather stumble a thousand times
Attempting to reach a goal,
Than to sit in a crowd
In my weather-proof shroud,
A shriveled and self-satisfied soul.
I would rather be doing and daring
All of my error-filled days,
Than watching and waiting, and dying
Smug in my perfect ways.
I would rather wonder and blunder,
Stumbling blindly ahead,
Than for safety's sake
Lest I make a mistake
Be sure, be safe, be dead.

You know what? You're absolutely right. But it's just really frustrating when people type things on here and don't spell check it. The button is right above where you're typing. It just makes people seem really ignorant. And plus, it's hard to read the question most of the time.

My husband is Dyslexic, and he has the same problems you do. People tend to label you as stupid if you can't spell. He carries around a Franklin Spelling Ace, but it is still slower than being able to spell naturally. I'm sorry that people have been so mean to you.

I know exactly how you feel. People judge me because of the way I talk. It pisses me off, but I don't let it bother me. If people can't accept me for who I am then that's their problem. God made everyone in his own image, and he made us the way we are for a purpose. It may be hard to understand, but when the time is right you will. Don't worry about people that like to criticize, they have nothing better to do, and they want to make fun of someone else so that it won't have to be them...

People today are possibly the most intolerant anyone has ever been(generaly, not including the puritans or the nazis). The public, in general expect everyone to conform to the standard, and if they don't, they are labled as "abnormal" and filled with either insults or pills. It is not the way things should be done, tolerance must be spread, not isolated.

Just remember, these jerks can only upset you if you give them the power to do so. You know you're a lovely person, you don't need any of us to confirm it for you. :) Don't let a couple of idiots ruin your fun on Yahoo Answers. We ALL get dissed for one thing or another.
