im asian and brown, im 16 and it always seems as if the good looking guys dont like to speak to me, i asked this earlier why and someone said it was because they were scared, if you are then please tell me why so i can cut pass that boundary and finally speak to some decent guys my age at school, because it seems they just stare at me and dont say anything.please help

I am an Asian guy and 18 so my opinion might count the most since I am near your Age. I don’t personally fear Asian girls but don’t exactly like to approach them. You know the score with big brothers and cousins finding out (lol). The fact if a guy does gather some balls to make a move, Asian girls just give them a weird look as in BOLT which puts them off so they intend to go for white lassies. Hope this helps Good Luck

I think you may have misconstrued their meaning. It's probably not the fact you're Asian that scares them but more likely the fact you're attractive or intelligent or both in which case you could ask other girls from your school for advice. Alternatively it could be they're afraid how your family will react to you having a non-Asian male friend in which case you simply need to explain to them that this is not actually a problem outside of classic Bollywood. :)

I don't get the impression that guys don't like asian women, in fact it seems to be opposite. Maybe you are just unapproachable in some way? Sometimes it seems we have a "mean" or serious look on our face when we aren't smiling.
Try smiling and say hi to the guys that seem to stare at you!

Don't think that is the case. Most asian women are very attractive. Nothing to be scared of.

hey I know this asian (muslim) girl at college and trust me, she is amazingly beautiful. Only problem is i've heard all of these nightmare stories about their cousins and big brothers finding out and family honours and stuff, thats why i sorta didnt take any chances. I mean, im not racist but it can be little unsettling if you get what i mean.
