God gives full opportunity to correct oneself; after repeated chances only God punishes one, again as a correctional measure. 'A form has to be reformed' is the objective of the continuum according to the Hindu philosophy. A Being becomes and at the fruition to the level of Non-being.

I think it would be funny. HAHA, but I think it depends on the situation. And, I mean when one does wrong and is not reprimanded by The Lord right on the spot, you think "damn it, they deserve to get struck by lightning now", but the truth is that later in life God deals with them in his own way, and even if your not there to witness the attack, the person suffers and sometimes they come to terms with why they are being reprimanded and that it's not that they won't be punished, it is that they will be punished but it is just a matter of time.

God is a God of just, holy and love. During the Old Testament time, He actually punish the sinner right on the spot (Sodom and Gomora).
But, after the death and resurection of Jesus, God gives people a chance to get right with Him. Repent and ask for forgiveness.
(John 3:16 "For God so love the world He gave His only begotten Son, for so whoever believe in Him should not be perish)

No. This would not accomplish God's purposes. If God zapped us every time we did something wrong, it's a for-sure that eventually we would stop doing wrong. But we wouldn't be any different from mice in a cage that stop going down a path because they get shocked on that path. God wants us to grow and develop. We grow by learning to love others and do His will, not by just avoiding adversive stimuli.

Instead, being able to put aside the gratification we desire right now for eternal happiness is a sign of true development and faith.

Is it possible that you do not know Jesus or understand His nature?

Romans 2:4
Or are you [so blind as to] trifle with and presume upon and despise and underestimate the wealth of His kindness and forbearance and long-suffering patience? Are you unmindful or actually ignorant [of the fact] that God's kindness is intended to lead you to repent ( to change your mind and inner man to accept God's will)?

Romans 9:22-24 (Amplified Bible)
22What if God, although fully intending to show [the awfulness of] His wrath and to make known His power and authority, has tolerated with much patience the vessels (objects) of [His] anger which are ripe for destruction? 23And [what if] He thus purposes to make known and show the wealth of His glory in [dealing with] the vessels (objects) of His mercy which He has prepared beforehand for glory, Even including ourselves whom He has called, not only from among the Jews but also from among the Gentiles (heathen)?

1 Peter 3:20
[The souls of those] who long before in the days of Noah had been disobedient, when God's patience waited during the building of the ark in which a few [people], actually eight in number, were saved through water.

Well life is a test thats why in Islam we have things forbidden, if everything was allowed then life would be too easy. What can Allah test us on if everything is allowed? Also if we got punished right on the spot then whats the point of judgment day.

I suggest you study more on Islam and God willing you will understand

That might make effect. But I wll never imagine How Free Will can be exercised while living in fear. People becomes good just because they do not want to be zapped or ripped. Nothing will be natural for any person.

I think people do get punished for their wrong doings and it is not god punishing them. It is usually the result of the wrong deed they committed. Since you mentioned pre-marital sex AIDS and HPV are two example of being so called punished!

interesting but hey if that happened you'd die not learn lol. you are supposed to follow those guidelines out of love not because you are gettin punished. but it is a funny thought. all though drinking alcohol isn't a sin technically. only if you drink heavily all the time etc to the point where it harms your body. anything in excess could harm you. we drink wine at church so i'm guessin it's not a sin ;)
