There are still a lot of Christians who say that Muslims worshipped the "moon God", or that they worshipped a black stone, or that Mohammad was a messenger of the devil and other "nice" things like that. There are also many Christians who say that everyone who doesn't believe that Jesus was God's son and died for the sins will go to hell forever. So they might not use the word "infidel" now but that is actually what they mean.
I don't mean all Christians. I just mean certain Christians.
