You can try www.sparkpeople.com
It is a healthy way to lose weight.
You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. The exercises can be done at home like dumbells, resistance bands & ball. You can also choose from walking, jogging,or a home video. There's many different options. It's like having a nutritionist and it is free. You also have support from the members. A real neat site. I'm quite impressed.
Enjoy!
God Bless!

I guess it would be possible but why? at 5'5 and 120lbs....that is a good height/weight ratio. I mean each person is different with the way they are proportioned. Some are top heavy and some bottom heavy, but honestly, I am 5'5 and I was always tiny, even after 3 kids. I so desired to gain weight. Even once I got to 125, i was still in like a size 5, but I wanted to be heavier. In my opinion, which of course is just mine, you are fine the way you are. Skinny is not the way to be, really. I was there for many years and longed to be able to gain weight. You are not overweight, take into consideration your age, which I do not know, and if you are done growing. You may end up getting taller and your body will proportion itself out.

WOMAN!!! Dont you know that a size 7 is an ideal size for women? We have to stop watching tv... I found myself about a year ago complaining about my body and Im a size 7/8....Beyonce and Angelina Jolie pay people thousands of dollars to make sure they stay a size 3/4 or 5/6....I bet that you are perfect....Put that black dress on with some red pumps and work it!!! and have One Cosmo for all the diff. sized women in the world :)

i use tony hortons 10 minute trainer twice a day and lost a dress size. Yes its possible so for about 10 days you have to eat super healthy meals and do quite a bit of cardio. edit: as i noticed below me. I did an hour of work out per day. Eating quite healthy and lost 20 pounds in a month. So i guess it just depends on how your body works.

Instead of struggling to drop a dress size in two weeks, I think you'd benefit a lot more from professional counseling. A size 7 is a perfectly healthy and beautiful size to be -- there's no reason you need to drop to a size 5. It sounds to me like your problem is actually your self-esteem, not the size of your dress. Learn to love yourself!

That is really weird. You must have big hips. Cause I'm 155 and I'm 5'5 also. But I wear a size 5. Just work hard. I'm working on it. I want to get a gym membership. You should try that too.
Good Luck ; )

Absolutely yes. You could lose two dress sizes in that amount of time with strict diet and exercise, but be careful and watch your health. You do realize that you are not overweight, right?
