I met a guy at an online master’s degree program. He came to my brother's wedding and stayed for 5 days in town. Everything was just fabulous between us. Then he returned to his hometown and didn't hear form him until two weeks after the wedding. Recently I text messaged him and it took him a week to send a text message back and to call me home. Unfortunately (or should I say fortunately?) I wasn't home when he called and since it was too late when I saw the text message I didn't write back. Should I wait until he calls again or should I text message him/call back? Is he interested in my or was he just being “polite”?
Thx!

He may be leary of becoming involved in a relationship. Let him know your'e intersted in a friendship right now and if more comes of okay if not okay.

He's not interested, nor is he being polite. He's just looking for a good time and obviously has other things filling that department for him right now. If he were interested, he'd either have called, or he'd have let you know that he wouldn't be able to call. That kind of guy is just a user. Move on and find a good one.

If you're interested in the guy, tell him. He's probably shy and hasn't come up with a gentlemanly way of expressing himself. If he's sure nuff interested, he'll tell you. Guys don't always know how to act with a budding relationship.
