You can't do a whole lot to actually make them heal faster. You can help prevent them from getting worse by covering them when you're running though. Most running stores sell products called "Second Skin" that have gel padding. It's easy to apply, and you can't feel the blister at all when you're wearing it. The link below has some other suggestions as well (even though the site is geared more at walkers than runners).

You'll heal at your own rate.

You might try stopping at a sporting goods store and buy a spray-on called Tough Skin.

pop it! then put alcohol on it, every time it fills up with liquid it, pop it again and put alcohol on it again, repeat until blister is dry, or you get an infection and must have foot amputated.
