I wouldn't date anyone under 18 because that can get you in big trouble.
I don't think dating anyone that is more than 10 years older than you is a good idea because the maturity level will more than likely be different, & they probably have a reason for dating younger. More than likely either they can't get someone their own age or want to feel younger again. If you think it's neither, then go for it.
