You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Watch your calorie and fat intake.

Make sure your fat intake (total grams) is not more than 15% of your total calorie intake.

Burn double the calories you are taking in.

Drink more water (no tea, sodas, kool-aid, etc).

Try eating only Smart Ones, Lean Cuisines, or Healthy Choice meals for lunch and dinner.

Eat breakfast (even if is a couple pieces of toast).

Workout before eating breakfast...it boosts your metabolism up helping you burn more calories.

IF you have time...do the following every hour...it helps burn calories:

50 Jumping Jacks
50 Crunches
50 Reverse Crunches
50 Oblique Crunches (each side)
50 Leg Extentions (each side)

Do a minimum of 20 minutes of cardio a day.

Don't eat past 6pm. Eat more protein & less carbs. Eat citrus for breakfast and 2 pieces 1/2 calorie wheat toast with nonfat cottage cheese.

Bake a healthy breakfast before hand to ensure you don't grab a sugary scone out and about.

I tried 100% Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
