The symptoms are blood in your urine, feeling that you still need to pass urine after you just been, frequently urinating especially at night, leaking of urine, and sudden urgency to go.

Are you having difficulty urinating? Getting an erection? or Ejaculating? When your having difficulty urinating does only a little come out and you still feel like your bladder is full?
These are some of the indicators that you might have an enlarged prostate. There are a number of reasons it is enlarged, and it could be as simple as just an infection. There are other things to consider as well such as cancer.
I highly recommend you see a doctor right away to clear up in problems you are having. Who knows, you could have an infection and it just a matter of taking some pills for a period of time. Lets hope it is just that, an infection.

Apparently you have been advised of this condition being present. This (at your age) being evident, would indicate you have a deficiency in zinc. It is stored in the prostate.
