Just checking to make sure what I just saw was prana.

Prana the vital force, the dynamo of life-energy is spread all over.

it is not possible to see prana with eyes...but with meditation and yoga one can see prana

The true color of Prana is white like water(no color)...self-shining and effervescent.

but as per our programmed mind we may see prana in different colors

When people see Aura they actually see the Prana emitting out of the bodies

Prana means life. Look at the news, look at a newborn child. There you have the two polarities of prana.
