"Fruit Salad Cheesecake" - 12 servings

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple; drained
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cold water
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; cubed
1 1/2 cups crushed crisp macaroons
2 tbsp. butter; melted
2 cups halved seedless grapes
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges; drained
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries; drained and chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
2 cups whipped topping

In small saucepan, cook pineapple and sugar over medium heat 5 minutes or until heated through. Place cold water in a bowl; sprinkle with gelatin and let stand 1 minute. Stir into the warm pineapple mixture. Reduce heat to low; add cream cheese. Cook and stir until cream cheese is melted and mixture is blended. Remove from heat; cool completely.
In a small bowl, combine macaroon crumbs and butter; press onto the bottom of a greased 9" springform pan; set aside. Stir grapes, oranges, cherries and nuts into cream cheese mixture; fold in whipped topping. Pour into prepared pan; cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove sides of pan before serving.

This recipe is advantageous and easy for a starter. in case you like it then you definately can certainly in simple terms placed it in a pie pan and you have an entire cheesecake. It worked for me on thanksgiving! you could choose the choice to transform it to metric.

Cappuccino Cheesecake with Fudge Sauce:

1 1/2 cups reduced-fat chocolate wafer crumbs (about 50 cookies)
3 tablespoons butter or stick margarine, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
Cooking spray
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 (8-ounce) blocks fat-free cream cheese
2 (8-ounce) blocks 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
2 large eggs
2 large egg whites
2 tablespoons instant espresso or 1/4 cup instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups fat-free hot fudge topping, divided

Preheat oven to 325°.

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; firmly press mixture into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes; cool on a wire rack.

Preheat oven to 450°.

Place 1 cup sugar, flour, and cheeses in a large bowl; beat at medium speed of a mixer until smooth. Add eggs and egg whites, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add espresso, vanilla, and cinnamon; beat well. Pour cheese mixture into prepared crust; spoon 4 mounds of fudge topping (2 tablespoons each) onto cheese mixture; swirl mixtures together using a knife. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250° (do not remove cheesecake from oven); bake an additional 1 hour or until almost set. Remove cheesecake from oven, and cool to room temperature. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.

Drizzle 1 tablespoon fudge topping onto each of 16 plates; top each with 1 cheesecake wedge.

Yield: 16 servings

Take two packages of cream cheese and let them warm to room temperature. Add one small container of Cool Whipe and mix well with an electric mixer. Pour into a graham cracker crust and put back in the fridge for an hour or two. Makes a really creamy cheese cake.

My wife and I have seen this online store and then picked up one there. Not quite remarkable about their delivery service speed but does save approximately 60% and pleased to get this discount. The quality is really good and also till today not spot any defects.

My sister loves the one that Kraft has. It should be on the package of cream cheese that they make, or posted on their website at www.Kraft.com. OR you could try these websites and I'm SURE you will find one you may like there. They are also FREE!
