Overview: Roulette is one of the worst games in the casino for the player. If you *must* play roulette, play only at a single 0 table and play only the even-money bets: red/black, even/odd, high/low. See my article on rules and strategy for roulette: http://theonlinecasinogamblingdirectory.com/rules/roulette.htm
Online Play: There are many online sites that offer Roulette ( http://theonlinecasinogamblingdirectory.com/s.php?q=roulette&t=Casino&SRC=YahooAnswers ). You can try Roulette risk-free by utilizing the free, no-deposit welcome bonuses that are offered at many sites ( http://theonlinecasinogamblingdirectory.com/s.php?q=roulette&as_nod=1&as_idp=0&as_mda=1000&t=Casino&SRC=YahooAnswers ); if you decide to play for real, then be sure to play at a site that offers an initial deposit bonus of at least 100% ( http://theonlinecasinogamblingdirectory.com/s.php?q=roulette&as_nod=0&as_idp=100&as_mda=1000&t=Casino&SRC=YahooAnswers ).
Recommended Site: Casino Grand Bay features a practice mode, as well as an initial deposit bonus of 100% on your initial deposit of between 25 $/€/£ and 100 $/€/£ ( http://www.referspot.com/showadtext.asp?g=0&b=1531&w=2232&s=b ).
Best of luck!
Robert

The only way to win at American roulette without cheating is to observe a wheel for about 10,000 spins. Record this information and use a computer to determine if one segment of the wheel has a bias. If it does you can then go back and bet on the numbers from that segment and you may be able to neutralize the house edge of 5.26%.
Unfortunately, as soon as the casino notices what you are doing they will close the table or simply kick you off it. Then later they will re-balance the wheel and your data will no longer be relevant or useful.
Seriously, if there was a simple and easy answer to this casinos would change the rules to make sure the technique could not be used.

Spin computers have been in the gaming news lately and they can work, but it's the circumstances that are important.
Basically you need to find a dealer/inspector with poor game controll and who are unknowingly allowing bets that are too late in the spin cycle. This will give you the chance to 'predict' the section. An American double zero wheel doesn't have these bets so you will need to play in Europe (most common area) for this game in French wheel single zero format and one that accepts the 'French' bets.
This is not cheating but taking advantage of poor casino control. If your sussed then you'll be shown the door or told you can't have 'late bets or calls'.
Though I have to agree with many of the other comments, use a budget or own the casino.

There is no guaranted way to beat the roulette nor american nor european. Spins history, probably, can't helps you. Some casinos publish their spin logs, and you can find statistic analysis for more than 1 million spins played at Global Player Casino here http://www.onlinecasinolist.info/roulette/stats , so , i think, it doesn't matter when you want to beat the roulette.

Try the Vernons website and play with virtual money first! Try betting 1 chip on low numbers, middle numbers and high. Then on the next spin bet 1 chip on the losers and 50% more on the others rounding up to an integer. You will probably win. In the long run - you'll find the computer isn't "random enough" and you'll get a run of low numbers and run out of money! But fun to try and beat the system... Try Betfair and horses - now you can win money on there - if you can pick winners!

You won't. You will lose all of your money, then you'll chase it and lose more. Just go to a casino with £20 and expect to lose it all. If you win, fine. Go home. If you lose, fine. Go home. You have just paid £20 for a bit of fun.
I'm reminded of an old saying: How do you make a small fortune on the stockmarket? Answer: Start with a large fortune!

Roulette is very difficult to win at. If you do play it, just find four or five numbers that are together on the wheel and play them over and over.

Actually, you can't over the long run since the house has a 5.24% advantage. Over the short run though it is possible if you get lucky...which does happen. In that event, the trick is to "walk"
while you're ahead.
