Everything takes longer in the holiday season. First the package must be processed, then sent through the OZ poste to USA via air, then through USPS via land to you. The time for USPS depends on where you are and how big the city is. Also depends on what you ordered (is it something that needs extra processing, personalization, oversize item) and how it is being shipped. Believe it or not, it is still possible to send things by boat (3-months) rather than air. I'm assuming your package is airmail and with the holiday delays at USPS, I would think it would take at least 2-weeks.

I sent Christmas presents from NZ to America & the UK only took approx 5 days - so from Australia it should be to you now - but Ozzies are known to be more laid-back and slower.

It must be walking in answer to Trish from NZ the only thing they are faster at is going to the dole office.
