HUN, i agree with almost everyone when they say get rid of him, only for the simple fact that if he isnt willing to try to not listen to the he say she say BS, and believe what others say then he is not the man for you..It sounds like he dont trust you, and besides.. do you really want a man in ur life that you have to convince to be with you even when others try to hate on you??..People hate all the time on good relationships cuz they are either lonley or jelouse, nine times outta ten they are jelouse..Some people feed off of that, because they have nothing better to do.. if he truly loves you and wants to make it work..let him go.. if he comes back then it was ment to be.. if he dont.. LIVE ur life..you dont need a man, you want a man to love you and adore you the same way as you do him...Y waste ur time on someone that dont #1 trust ur relationship, #2 is so quick to run when the **** hits the fan, and #3 cannot see how bad it is hurting you..love doesnt hurt hunny..hope this helps

I don't exactly know who's right in this situation.
He said "it still won't work, someone else will try something again" ?
As a guy myself, that seems like a copout to get out of the relationship. If he really wanted to be with you and loved you the way he should, he would find a way to make it work.
I thought marine drill sergeants were the toughest thing since titanium. And he's worried about false rumors and other stuff?
I think that you need to decide whether he is actually the person that you think he is or if he may have something to do with this also.
From a male perspective, sounds very fishy.
Good luck and hope it works out for you!!!

Dont try to make it work. If this man really loved you then it wouldnt matter what people said. Remember the saying love conquers all. Well obviously he wasn't the one for you. Maybe it would be better to take time apart and if you really think you two are meant to be together then it wont take him long to realize that he was wrong. Regardless it sounds to me that his mind is already made up and you cant change a persons mind, just think of it this way what if you talk him into staying with you, your happy, but he is miserable.

The main thing is to TALK to him. Don't get upset or yell...just tell him how you feel. The both of you have to ignore these rumors. You can't let someone or people tear you guys apart. This is just a test to see if you are meant to be. If he can't stay, then it wasn't. When people see that you guys are happy and ignoring them...they will stop and leave you alone because you're not mad or depressed. If he needs his space, give him his space. Just be careful who you call "friend" and keep your personal business to yourself.

Tell him how you feel about him, and let him make a choice.
Too much drama here, so your boyfriend wants to leave it. He may be seeing things more clearly than you are.
Don't beg. Never makes for a loving relationship. You don't want him to stick it out just out of pity for you, do you? Needs to be love and commitment on both sides for a relationship to work.

see ,if he can't stand the drama , then stop the drama , or avoid it ..because this relationship is between you and your bf . its not everybody's buisness .so they should just butt out . try to keep him and the "talkers" away ..., tell him how you feel, and all of them are lies so why believe them when you know its not true?i mean who cares what other people think? like when you guys go out , go somewhere where just you two can hang out and have fun ... mall, parks, anywhere ... maybe even a movie at home with popcorn .
hope everything works out between you && him <3-nancy

That is really a hard question to answer because it depends on what he can handle in his life. Drama is something that some ppl love and some ppl hates. I don't like drama myself so I know how he feels but if you are meant to be then it can work. You will just have to only talk to ppl you can trust and that don't know anyone you know or him. You have to limit yourself to who you talk to when it comes to ppl around you because women are something else. The only reason that woman was doing that is because she wanted him for herself and unfortunately it's working. Y'all need to try to start over and you keep your personal business personal. I know you sometimes need someone to talk to but sometimes its better to talk to someone that don't really know you then someone that does.

That has happened to me alot, and Usually we tend to ignore it. And dont care what other people think or what they say about you.
I have been with mine for almost 2 years going through the same thing, but its worth it.

this sounds horrible. maybe just explain about the people causing the rumours further. if he can't accept that these people need to get a life and that you should stay together to prove the haters wrong, maybe your relationship isn't as strong as you would like it to be.

It sounds like he just wants out. Talk to him about it again, and if he still feels this way, you may just have to walk away if he doesn't want to try.
