Unless it's illegal by town ordinance or something like that(it is some places) , 18 is an adult, and you can go in right when you turn 18. I've heard of tat shops waiting for midnight to give someone a tattoo so she would be legal-good luck, and always get professional tattoos, not home ones!!

All places should let you get a tattoo on your 18th. That is the age you are allowed to get one with out your patents. (But I'm from CA so maybe that only here)

yes u can since technically u are legal on that day i got one of my piercing actually the day before my birthday but then again it was later in the day. i got about 3 of my tattoos WAY before my 18th birthday but it really jus depends on where u go to get it done

As long as you have a liscence that says you're 18 no one cares about the date (unless its a fake of course then some people care.)

Yeah. You're 18, its fully legal and acceptable. Just have a valid picture ID and you're good to go.
