Both of these call for Ground Beef but there isn't any reason you couldn't use Ground Turkey.

Southwestern Skillet Bake

1 pound lean ground beef
1 jar (16 ounces) Thick 'n Chunky salsa
1 can (11 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 ounces)
1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
3 eggs

1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Cook beef in 10-inch ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in salsa and corn; heat over medium-high heat until hot.
2. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the cheese. Stir Bisquick mix, eggs and remaining cheese in medium bowl until blended. Spoon batter around edge of beef mixture, leaving center uncovered. Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
3. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in topping comes out clean.

Substitution
Use Green Giant® Mexicorn® whole kernel corn with red and green peppers instead of plain corn to add even more of a Southwest twist to this skillet bake.

Substitution
Don’t have Cheddar cheese? Use the same amount of another cheese you have on hand.

And here's another one ----

Hamburger Stroganoff (Just use rice instead of the egg noodles)

1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced (2 1/2 cups)
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3 cups hot cooked egg noodles

1. Cook mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender; remove from skillet.
2. Cook beef in same skillet until brown. Drain off grease. Stir in 1 cup of the broth, the salt and Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
3. Stir remaining 1/2 cup broth into flour; stir into beef mixture. Add onion mixture; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in sour cream; heat until hot (do not boil). Serve over noodles.

Any way what about eat out, a nice cheese pizza with a nice salad by the side it not cost to much and i think you can please them in this point. In another point you can have all you can eat, in another world, let them make there own food (depend how old they are). but my first choose is the pizza.

Maybe you could make mash potatoes, green beans or corn, and a salad. Play with your imagination, I know you will come up with something.
