Be more outgoing. Have self-confidence so that women will notice you and most importantly be yourself.

Go to a girl you like and ask her if she would like to do something. If you get rejected, don't feel bad it happens to all of us. This is a big part to finding a girlfriend. Odds are she will say OK sounds like fun. Remember be polite to a girl and show her respect. you must also be the man so don't be overly nice, show some not a lot but some aggression and attitude.

First, there are a mountain of forms you have to fill out, filed in triplicate with your local government office. Next, you need to choose the person to be your girlfriend and you need to serve her papers making a formal request. She must respond by 14 days or she'll have to pay a penalty. You have to find a woman, treat her right (get her to like you), and date only her. If you date more than one woman at least be smart don't brag about it to anybody (not even your priest), and never let her find out, because that is how you get an Ex-girlfriend.
